Carlton Fields is seeking a staff attorney with five or more years’ experience in commercial real estate finance transactions.
Our team represents institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance closings across the United States.
Substantial knowledge about commercial loan documents and closing processes is a must. While the position requires working in our Hartford office, the
firm is willing to consider a hybrid work arrangement allowing remote work on a partial basis. The staff attorney position is a “non-partner track” position and allows a candidate the ability to work on sophisticated transactions in an AmLaw 200 law firm, without the demands of client business development. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
