Candidates must possess minimum 3 years legal assistant experience in residential & commercial Real Estate matters. Must be able to prepare contracts and related documents, title reports, closing documents including deeds, transfer forms, closing statements, etc. Will attend closings and keep track of deadlines, mortgage commitments, etc. Must also possess excellent client service skills.
