A new role supporting on a wide range of rural land matters
We are expanding our agricultural / farming and estates sector work and as a result need to appoint a new solicitor within our Real Estate Team.  This is a varied and stimulating area of work, providing excellent prospects for job satisfaction and career development.
Working closely with a Partner and Legal Director, you will advise and assist on a wide range of matters connected with rural land including sales and acquisitions of agricultural land and buildings, drafting overage provisions, farm-related tenancy issues including succession rights and surrenders, wayleaves and easements, single farm/basic payment subsidy transfers, property development/investment work and more.  You may, from time to time, also get involved in wider property work supporting the rest of the team. As with all our lawyers, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in business development and other activities as part of growing the practice and your own skills and reputation.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an interest in the sector and an affinity with our clients and contacts.
