We are an independent law firm based in Reading.

Our Real Estate Team is the largest in Reading and prides itself on providing City quality work outside London. Our exceptional lawyers handle a wide range of property transactions – including the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and property portfolios, planning, environment and construction work, landlord and tenant matters and taxation and finance issues.

We are looking to appoint an experienced solicitor into our Commercial Property team.  Joining us probably at associate level you are likely to have the experience to allow you to fit effortlessly into a team which handles a wide range of property transactions and advice – including office, industrial and retail lettings, large residential developments, investment property, secured lending and agricultural / rural estates work, acting for owners and occupiers, sellers and purchasers and financial institutions. You need not have experience of all these areas and your role will be tailored according to your skills and interests.

Our friendly and talented team has a strong training ethos with regular team training events and updates and we are keen to invest in the career development and progression of our lawyers.  Marketing activities are strongly encouraged and there will be plenty of opportunity to get involved in social events for team and business development reasons.
