Profile

Larkin Hoffman is seeking a full-time (37.5 hours) Legal Administrative Assistant with 2 years of Real Estate Litigation experience. This person will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals in our Real Estate Litigation Department and work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duties include maintaining and organizing client files, transcribing dictation, composing letters, and proofreading written material to ensure high quality product. This position will also provide administrative support such as answering phones, arranging meetings and appointments, and preparing invoices and expense reports. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be highly organized and have superior client service, communication, and proofreading skills.
