The sooner you begin your classes, the sooner you will be able to be finished with them, and the sooner you will be out there working in the field making the money you have always dreamed of. The classes do not take long to complete and they really do not cost that much at all; so it is worth the investment to get started right away. Even if you want to take it slow and only sell real estate part time, as your income grows, you will be looking forward to the day you sell real estate full time.
