Real Estate Specialist Jobs

A real estate specialist job involves real estate strategies like, developing real property utilization and/or disposal and customer relationship management (e.g., engaging the customer on financial matters, responding to inquiries, and explaining services), developing or implementing policies, strategies, and/or processes for customer relationship management. A real estate specialist’s job also involves gathering and translating customer intelligence into customer needs for additional services. A real estate specialist develops project plans, revising plans as conditions change, keeping management advised about progress; requisitions goods and services and follows up with the procurement section to assure contracts or purchases are executed; monitors, reviews and adjusts established obligations to ensure funds availability and proper payment.
A real estate specialist requires a bachelor’s degree along with significant specialized experience in a related area. A real estate specialist needs ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate monitoring and inventory data and/or information; utilize technical writing in preparation of reports; and effective use of computers to enter and retrieve data and prepare written documents. A real estate specialist should have knowledge of public land laws, regulations, manuals, directives, policies, and administrative procedures to administer the grazing program.
