Commercial real estate jobs cover a wide spectrum of job opportunities. One of the best paying commercial real estate jobs is that of a realtor. Realtors or real estate agents as they are also popularly known are basically middlemen who arrange for the property to be sold. Commercial realtors have to be licensed and the requirements vary from state to state. Many realtors often work more than 40 hours a week, including working in the evenings and weekends. The minimum educational requirement to take the licensing exam is to be a high school graduate although having an undergraduate degree in business is a good idea if the realtor is going to work in the more urban markets because of the complexity of laws and regulations in place. Commercial real estate jobs give realtors the opportunity to manage commercial real estate for a commission and help their clients in finalizing selling and buying of commercial real estate.
