Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Experience with leasing and mergers & acquisitions is preferred. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines, proactively move transactions through to completion and/or closing. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Office location is flexible. Ideally, qualified candidates can be resident in our Austin, Atlanta, Denver, Naples, Orlando, Tampa or Winston-Salem offices. Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly in the state where work is being performed is required.
