Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm with a robust and growing real estate practice, is seeking mid-level associates for its Real Estate Practice Group in our Miami office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 3 years of real estate experience, including experience working on acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects. Experience specifically in borrower side finance is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to work with experienced shareholders in different offices around the country on sophisticated domestic and cross-border real estate transactions. Polsinelli is particularly interested in those candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow our national practice.
