Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm with a robust and growing real estate finance practice, is seeking an attorney for our Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Kansas City. This is a non-partnership track position. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 1 years of broad real estate finance experience. Experience in loan origination work is a plus. Attorneys will gain experience handling a wide variety of commercial real estate finance transactions including assisting with preparation of documents and handling closings of line lender / repurchase agreement facilities and diligence for real estate finance closings. Attorneys will benefit from immediate client contact in a dynamic practice group as a part of a collaborative firm and learning environment.
