Business transaction experience is a must, which would include entity formations, shareholder agreements and other commercial documents. Candidate must seek to contribute and make a difference. The Maryland Bar is required and the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia are preferred. Candidate must be committed to business development and actively involved in the community to promote own and firm practice areas. Portable business is required. Excellent client communication skills, ability to work as a team player, attention to detail and sound judgment are all qualities important to our Firm.
