Winston & Strawn's Texas offices are looking to hire an associate to join our Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities will include, without limitation, all facets of a sophisticated real estate practice: drafting and negotiating transactional documents and attendant due diligence responsibilities such as reviewing title, survey and other due diligence deliverables and coordinating with title companies, surveyors and other third party due diligence providers. Exposure to real estate purchases, sales, financing, and leasing is preferred. All candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
