Real Estate Paralegal

Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual paralegal for our Real Estate Department in White Plains, New York. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities Include:
To assist attorneys in all stages of the real estate closings process, including but not limited to: preparation of contracts, riders, deeds, transfer documents, closing disclosures.
To review title reports and clear title issues.
To draft residential and commercial leases.
Ideal candidate has experience in bank/lender closings, co-op/condo closings, short sales, and/or multi-state (NY/NJ/CT) closings.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent writing and communication skills, ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule, ability to multi-task, in-depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles, and the ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
Knowledge of ACRIS and deed transfer websites.
A minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience.
Required Languages:
English & Spanish (Proficiency in Spanish is a must.)
