Profile

Full-service business, AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office for a Paralegal in our Real Estate section. The successful candidate will be a team player, assisting attorneys with a wide range of real estate transactions. Duties will include, but not be limited to preparing real estate documents and contracts, liaising with title companies and clients for closings, assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements and closing documents, and ordering and processing title insurance commitments and policies. This position requires proficiency in data management software, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with frequent interaction with clients, excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong multitasking ability to support multiple attorneys. Prior experience is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services in the real estate department, under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
