The Business Ops Mgr-Real Estate Admin contributes to optimization initiatives and ensures Facilities Management & Operations Support Services (FM&OSS) operations and strategies are in alignment with business objectives, company culture, mission, and vision. The Manager champions change; prepares communication plans, builds reports and facilitates communications on initiative status and goal achievement; manages the department brand and branding process; develops and maintains a web-presence; keeps tools and processes current; and delivers on the FM&OSS vision to provide indispensable value to MultiCare and its affiliates. Minimum Requirements:

Two (2) years of work experience supporting projects, analytics or change management required

Experience in a large, matrixed organization preferred

Experience in communications, marketing, and cost reduction efforts preferred

Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field required
