You take a 60-hour course and make a $500 to $1,500 investment.”

You should look for an agent who is growing their business and is excited to work with you.” Also, National Association of Realtors spokesman Walter Molony says, “You need to have confidence in the agent. You need to count on someone to hold your hand.” Therefore, don’t be afraid to take charge and walk your client through every step. Being able to communicate clearly to your client is key.
